Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the Foyer of the Jupiters Hotel Convention Centre for the duration of the conference. The desk will be open at the following times:

Registration Fees
Please note that registration fees are inclusive of the ANS annual membership fee
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Non Members are welcome to attend and automatically become members on payment of their registration fee.
Full, Student and Retired registration includes:
- All conference materials
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Entry to the two hour Welcome Mixer on Sunday evening for a $10 surcharge.
- Entry to the one hour Cocktail Party on Monday evening for a $10 surcharge.
- Entry to Farewell Drinks on Wednesday afternoon.
- ANS membership for 2012: $126.50 for full members and $60.50 for student members
Acknowledgment
An automatic GST Tax Invoice will be sent if registering online. However, a written confirmation of registration/GST Tax Invoice will be posted to all registrants by the Secretariat on receipt of a completed registration form and payment (written confirmations will be posted in mid November). The form will be processed only if accompanied by full payment of fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be advised in writing to the Secretariat. An administration fee of A$100.00 will apply to cancellations received before 2 December 2011. No refunds will be made after that date but substitute registrants will be accepted. Please note the ANS membership component of the registration fee is non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Privacy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
Please complete the section of the registration form relating to privacy if you do not wish your personal information to be included in the Register of Members CD or on the Online Register of Members should one be established in the future.
