General InformationTransportThe Adelaide Convention Centre (and the conference hotels) are a 20 minute taxi trip to and from the Adelaide International and Domestic Airports at a cost of AUD$15 - $20. A regular shuttle bus "Skylink" commutes from the airport to the city, every 1/2 hour from Monday to Saturday and every hour on Sunday's (until 9.45pm in the evening) at a cost of AUD$7.50 per person. If more than one of you are travelling at the same time, it is more economical to catch a taxi. Venue/Car ParkingAdelaide Convention Centre is a modern,comprehensive conference and exhibition facility providing state-of-the-art communications and presentation technology. Undercover car parking is available - the current early bird daily rate is $7.50 (in by 09:30 and out by 18:30). Travel within AustraliaFor those who wish to extend their stay, Adelaide is the gateway to the Red Centre including Ayres Rock (Uluru), the Olgas and Alice Springs, the Barossa Valley and Flinders Ranges. There are also regular flights to Darwin for Kakadu National Park and Cairns for the Great Barrier Reef, as well as other major centres in Australia.
