Sunday 20 August: Welcome Reception 18:00 - 20:00

To set the scene for the Congress, an informal welcome reception will be held in the glass-fronted foyer of the Adelaide Convention Centre which overlooks the lights of the city and their reflection in the River Torrens.

Drinks and light refreshments will be served.

Cost: One ticket to the Welcome Reception is included in the full-time registration fee $A60.00 per person for accompanying guests and day participants

Dress: Casual

Monday 21 August: Cocktail Reception 18:00 - 19:30

Relax at the end of the day over a drink and pre-dinner nibbles. The trade exhibition will be open so there will be time to visit the booths and have passports stamped.

Cost: $A15.00 per person for full-time delegates $A40.00per person for accompanying guests and day participants

Dress: Casual

Thursday 24 August: Gala Congress Dinner 19:30 - 11:45

A three-course meal and beverages will be served in the Grand Ballroom of the Adelaide Convention Centre.

An evening not to be missed as it will be the last Congress Dinner for the Society.

Cost: $A100.00 per head

Dress: Smart casual

Friday 25 August: Farewell Drinks 15:30 - 16:30

This is an opportunity to "wind down" and say farewells to friends.

Souvenir Polo Shirts

A specially designed polo shirt is available for purchase at a cost of $A20.00. The shirt colour is "Snow Marle" and comes in 5 sizes: Small (104cm chest), Medium (110cm chest), Large (116cm chest), X Large (124cm chest) and 2XLarge (130cm chest). Orders must be included on the online or hard copy of the registration form as only a limited number will be available at the Congress.
