Accommodation
Accommodation can no longer be booked through the conference secretariat. Any revisions or queries should be directed to the hotel. Contact details of the conference hotels can be downloaded here.

[an error occurred while processing this directive]The conference secretariat has secured blocks of accommodation with each hotel/apartment block below and requests that all bookings and enquiries regarding accommodation be made directly with the Conference Secretariat and not with the hotels/apartments. The deadline for guaranteed hotel reservations through the Conference Secretariat is 7 December 2009. Bookings after this date will be subject to room availability.
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will be deducted from the final account. A tax invoice will be issued by the hotel. Guests are responsible for paying the balance to the hotel on departure.
Failure to arrive on the date specified will incur forfeiture of deposit. Final dates must be advised at least 30 days out from your arrival date - otherwise cancellation fees may apply to all nights that are cancelled. This policy varies from hotel to hotel.

Room Sharing with Colleagues that you have Organised Yourself
Organising your own room sharing is a good way to keep accommodation costs down. In most of the venues, triple sharing is offered for a minimal extra cost.
Please note that the secretariat will not organise sharepersons on your behalf.
