Data Projection
[an error occurred while processing this directive]We will accept your presentation on DVD, CD or a USB Mass Storage Device. We are using Windows XP PowerPoint 2007. Macintosh users will have access to a Macintosh notebook located at the lectern however we prefer that Macintosh files be transferred to the server and checked for faithful reproduction on the PC. If you have video clips inserted into your presentation please ensure that you supply the video file as well as the PowerPoint file.
Please present to Speaker Preparation the day before your presentation or one full session beforehand if you are presenting on the first day. The times speaker preparation is open will appear at the front of your program hand book. We also suggest that you bring a backup of your presentation.
Presenters choosing to make use of the Macintosh notebook located at each lectern please report to the speaker preparation room so we can account for you in this manner.
If you have any questions in regards to these instructions, please email the ANS/AuPS 2010 Audio Visuals Manager, Mark Stevens at mark@markitmedia.com.au
Poster Facilities
Freestanding display boards will be available. Posterboards will be numbered. Posters should fit into an area of 1 m wide x 1 m high including the heading. Velcro will be provided – pins are not to be used. It is a good idea to bring A4 copies of your poster for distribution to colleagues.
Posters will be on display for two full days (Monday and Tuesday). Authors of posters will be asked to stand by their poster for one hour on one of these days. All presenting authors will be contacted individually advising time and day of their required attendance.
